Progressive training is a style of training that Alex uses to help motivate his students. It incorporates three important elements of training; strength, balance and agility.
Strength training reduces body fat and increases lean muscle mass for permanent weight loss. It also reduces stress and decreases the risk of some illnesses (diabetes, osteoporosis, and heart disease). Balance exercises improve coordination and help prevent slips and falls (and broken bones). Agility training enables quick adaptation to changing environments.
